Our managing director has a degree in business administration (VWA) with a focus on personnel management and a qualification as a personnel specialist (IHK). This in-depth specialist knowledge is complemented by further training in systemic professionalism, which provides a deep understanding of the dynamics of teams and organizations.

We see our strength in recognizing potential and supporting talents in their development in a targeted manner. Just as we identify the right measures for talents, we make sure that we continuously develop ourselves in the relevant areas. This approach enables us to stay up to date and tackle the challenges of modern HR work competently and innovatively.

xpacts GmbH was founded back in 2021 - a successful company that specializes in interim people management, executive coaching and strategic HR consulting. From team development and change management to support for start-ups and companies, xpacts has had a lasting impact on numerous companies.

This was followed in 2024 by the founding of xsource GmbH, with a clear focus on active sourcing and headhunting. While xpacts continues to successfully support companies in strategic HR issues, xsource concentrates on the targeted search and approach of highly qualified talent. Together, the two companies form a strong network for the challenges of modern HR work.
