Tasks
- Advising managers on HR issues and supporting employees
- Implementation, further development and optimization of HR processes and personnel guidelines
- Supporting company-wide projects and change processes using modern HR methods
- Independent development and implementation of recruiting processes
- Successfully completed studies in economics, law or social sciences or comparable qualification (e.g. commercial training)
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable position and in managing employees
- Sound knowledge of labor law
- High level of social competence, persuasiveness and strong communication skills
- Business fluent in German and English
