- First point of contact for operational and strategic issues in the departments supported
- Advice and support for managers on all HR-related issues
- Implementation of HR-relevant topics and projects
- Analysis and monitoring of HR key figures
- Collaboration in the development and implementation of HR strategies
Completed studies in business administration, HR management, psychology or a comparable field
Initial professional experience in a generalist HR function or as an HR Business Partner
Strong communication and consulting skills at all hierarchical levels
Analytical skills and strategic thinking
Very good German and good English skills
