HR Business Partner with focus on organizational development
Tasks
- Together with international colleagues, you will develop an overarching system for roles, competencies and skills - as the basis for modern processes in talent management, performance and feedback.
- Whether talent programs or feedback mechanisms: you will support and optimize central HR instruments in such a way that they develop real relevance for teams and managers - strategically well thought-out and operationally effective.
- You design a leadership model that is not only convincing on paper, but also provides managers with concrete support in their development - based on our guiding principles and the needs of the business.
- You will develop practical tools for change processes and support teams and managers in constructively shaping change - based on content and close to people.
- As part of the SuccessFactors rollout, you will take responsibility for (sub)projects, contribute your knowledge to system landscapes and work closely with data and analytics colleagues and HR business partners.
- In cooperation with our Learning & Development team, you will ensure that new concepts find their way into training and development formats - tailored to current requirements and future challenges.
- You have completed a degree with a focus on HR, psychology, education, business administration or a related field - and now use your specialist knowledge specifically in HR and organizational development. Your path has already taken you through complex HR environments.
- You feel comfortable in project management, keep an eye on deadlines and stakeholders and have already worked with modern HR systems - ideally with SAP SuccessFactors. You learn new tools quickly and integrate them into processes straight away.
- You have a good feel for structures, can think strategically about processes and translate them into effective, well thought-out measures - always along the employee life cycle. Analytically strong and pragmatic at the same time.
- Whether it's a presentation for management or a workshop in a team: you get to the heart of complex topics, find the right tone for every target group and can win people over to ideas.
You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and see yourself as a partner at eye level - whether with HR colleagues, specialist departments or international interfaces. You don't think in silos, but in - solutions.
