Tasks
- You support managers and teams with all HR-related issues - both operational and strategic - and ensure compliance with labor law, collective bargaining and internal company standards.
- As an Personnel officer, you manage all HR-related processes - from onboarding, development and retention to offboarding.
- You support performance and talent processes and initiate targeted personnel development measures.
- In employment law matters, you will take on the professional implementation of disciplinary measures and participate in labor court proceedings.
- You actively support change and transformation processes and shape organizational development with your ideas.
- As part of Group-wide HR projects, you will take on responsibility for (partial) project management - also in an English-speaking context.
- You will develop modern concepts for employee retention, drive forward new working models and contribute to benefit programs.
- You take care of smooth HR processes in day-to-day business: e.g. contracts, transfers, new hires and departures, time management and training.
- With your flair for data and structures, you will work on the creation, analysis and further development of HR key figures and reporting formats.
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics, business psychology or a comparable subject - and have more than five years of sound experience in a generalist HR role.
- Thanks to your comprehensive knowledge of labor, social security and collective bargaining law, you are a competent contact person for managers and co-determination committees.
- You are confident in providing operational and strategic advice and have experience in working with works councils.
- You have strong expertise in project and process management and have already actively supported change processes within the company. Change management is not a buzzword for you, but a lived practice.
- You are familiar with HR systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) as well as common MS Office programs - especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- You communicate confidently at all levels, present yourself professionally and can assert yourself when necessary - without losing sight of the relationship level.
- An independent, structured and precise way of working is a matter of course for you. You work in a solution-oriented manner, think in a service-oriented way and always act with the necessary discretion and tact.
- You are characterized by your ability to work in a team, personal responsibility and desire for change - you get involved, think for yourself and play an active role in shaping the company. Very good German and English skills round off the
